Citroën ë-Jumpy won the prestigious Millésime Trophy

In December 2020, the Citroën ë-Jumpy was named “International Van of the Year 2021” and recently won the Kilometers Enterprise Millésime Trophy in the compact light commercial vehicle category. In January of the same year, the ë-Jumpy was also shortlisted for the Argus Trophy “Van of the Year 2021” award. These awards further confirm the ë-Jumpy’s outstanding achievements. From January to June 2021, the ë-Jumpy became the best-selling electric light commercial vehicle in France with a market share of 43.6%.

These results demonstrate that the ë-Jumpy perfectly meets the standards of its segment, while Citroën’s high-level service ensures a convenient user experience for professionals across various industries. The award was selected by industry journalists with a deep understanding of the challenges of operating light commercial vehicles. The ë-Jumpy beat six competitors in the compact light commercial vehicle category to take the crown.

A successful solution to new challenges

ë-Jumpy is a response to the new mobility challenges that professionals from various sectors are facing. The versatile model is a simple and concrete answer for those who want to easily enter restricted traffic areas of cities. The car also allows business owners to reduce the fleet’s overall CO₂ emissions and adapt to changing customer needs, such as door-to-door delivery. Citroën ë-Jumpy has the adaptability of the other models in the range and the electric drive offers unlimited mobility: you can’t worry about the destination at all.

Depending on the needs of entrepreneurs and the available budget, ë-Jumpy can be equipped with two types of batteries. With a battery with a capacity of 50 kWh, the driving distance on a single charge is 230 km (according to WLTP), and with 75 kWh – 330 km (according to WLTP).

The 100 kW electric motor allows ë-Jumpy to easily reach a maximum speed of 130 km/h. The immediately available maximum torque ensures impressive dynamics without gear changes, noise and vibrations.

Electric traction is not the only advantage

ë-Jumpy is easy to charge at home (using a Mode 2 cable and a standard 8A or higher 16A Green’Up socket), at a private charging station (using a Mode 3 cable and a 32A Wall Box) or at a super-fast public charging station. In the latter case the battery will be charged to 80%. capacity in just 30 minutes. The electricity used offers the opportunity to more precisely manage operating costs.

The ë-Jumpy features the same benefits as the internal combustion engine version, including a wide range of body styles, 1.9 meters of height to access all parking spaces, an impressive 6.6 cubic meters of payload space and a payload of 1,275 kilograms. This model is also equipped with Moduwork seats, which guarantee extraordinary versatility: from now on the cabin can be transformed into a mobile office.

The award also recognized the professionalism of Citroën dealerships in serving business customers. The manufacturer provides all kinds of support to entrepreneurs looking for new mobility solutions. When choosing new cars, evaluating financing options, optimizing fleet management and reducing operating costs, the best deals are always available.

Conclusion

The Citroën ë-Jumpy represents a forward-thinking solution to the evolving mobility demands faced by modern professionals. As cities continue to implement stricter environmental regulations and expand restricted traffic zones, businesses must adapt quickly to remain competitive and efficient. This electric van answers that need with a practical, versatile, and sustainable approach. It allows professionals from a wide range of industries to operate freely in urban centers without the limitations imposed on traditional combustion-engine vehicles.

Beyond simply granting access to low-emission zones, the ë-Jumpy supports companies in achieving broader sustainability goals. Reducing fleet-wide CO₂ emissions is no longer just a corporate responsibility initiative—it is becoming a strategic necessity. By integrating electric vehicles like the ë-Jumpy, business owners can actively lower their environmental footprint while simultaneously improving their brand image in the eyes of environmentally conscious customers.

The model’s adaptability further enhances its appeal. Just like other vehicles in its range, it is designed to meet diverse operational needs, from service professionals to logistics providers. In particular, the growing demand for fast and reliable door-to-door delivery services makes electric commercial vehicles an increasingly valuable asset. Quiet operation, lower running costs, and smoother driving experiences all contribute to improved efficiency in daily operations.

Ultimately, the electric powertrain provides what many professionals value most: freedom. With unrestricted access to city centers and confidence in meeting regulatory standards, drivers can focus entirely on their destination and their work. The Citroën ë-Jumpy is more than a vehicle—it is a strategic mobility partner designed for the future of urban business.
