Yes, they are best in class, but what good can they do for the average person? They don’t have a big trunk, they’re not cheap to maintain. So are they really the best in the world? Not exactly.

There are a lot of other cars that can serve a person much better. Let’s say universal or single volume. They are very practical, they can often accommodate 7 people or fit “half the house”. The Volvo V70 or the Renault Espace, pioneer of single-seaters in Europe, deserve praise. They make life easier for people who often go on vacation and like to fill their car with various things. But are they the best? Also no… Although it is possible to fit a tanker in the trunk, they are so useless for city streets – it is difficult for them to maneuver on city streets.

So if not the fastest and not the biggest, maybe the smallest is the best? After all, they are agile citizens who fit into every crack, are economical and practical. He flies through the city streets leaving behind lumbering sprinters and spacious station wagons. Small Smarts, cult Fiat 500s or Renault Twingos retain their good name. But what use are they on country roads? Nothing. Small cars tend to be unstable on the highway. At high speed, such a car is more difficult to control than a sports car bursting with power. By the way, they are not the most capacious. You will estimate it on the roof and you won’t be able to put it all together. So should economy be sacrificed for comfort or speed?

No, let’s say sedans. Although they are not the most spacious, they are quite practical. Economy and safety are also often the strong points of these cars. It is often not forgotten to highlight the fact that most of the sedans produced today are sporty and attractive to the eye. This is confirmed by the Germans or the Japanese, who produce many sedans. Especially in recent years, increasingly sporty, reasonably economical and comfortable sedans have been launched on the market. But are they the best? After all, they are fast and practical, which would seem to be what is needed for a title like this. Unfortunately not.

Try going to the forest in such a sporty sedan. Chances are you will scratch the bottom of the car or get left hanging. Well, if the fastest, most capacious or smallest is not suitable for the best, perhaps a compromise version of these cars will do? The simplest parquet SUVs, which are increasingly winning the hearts of motorists and manufacturers. They have the capacity of a station wagon, they’re tall enough to tackle rough roads, they’re not the slowest, they’re quite economical and they’re not afraid of riding on the curb. So you won’t have to worry even in the city, the car can go on its way. But these cars have one big drawback. At high speeds, their high center of gravity makes them woefully unstable. So while they look practical and really nice, these cars aren’t the best.
So someone built the best car in the world? We can safely say no. There is no other universal car that is as fast as the wind, as spacious as the abyss and as agile as a fly in the city.

Safety, reliability, convenience, economy are often taken into account, and the price is far from the last place. Based on various criteria, we can choose one of the best cars in its category, but one thing must be said: we usually choose cars based on our needs and it is difficult to say whether the best car is actually chosen.
