First of all, pay close attention to the advertisements, many of them do not coincide with reality, and therefore you may have the unpleasant surprise of finding something different from what is presented in the article or in the images attached to it. The first step is to make sure that the car has not been involved in accidents, no one wants to buy a car with massive repairs. The service visit will help you spot all the irregularities in the car and, once you get to the service, ask for a basic inspection.
It is advisable to do all these checks before paying the price of the car. Now that everything is in order and you have decided to buy the car, it will be registered in your name. You will start with a visit to the FISC where you will need: tax, copy of the sales contract, copy of the book, copy of the bulletin and an application that you will receive from there. After the visit to the Fisc follow the RAR where it is advisable to call in advance to make an appointment.
Documents requested from the RAR: payment slip, coupon, booklet, appointment number.
Finally, when you go to the police to register the car in your name and therefore to obtain the numbers, the registration form must show:
– your signature and that of the seller
– the visa from the seller’s Municipality (which certifies that the seller is not in default in paying the tax on the car and that the car has been removed from the register);
– the visa from your municipality, which certifies the fact that the car has been registered for the payment of the tax.
The moment in which the seller delivers: the car, the keys, the registration document (with the words “INSTRAINAT CATRE…” + date + signature), the registration form, endorsed by the seller’s municipality, the car’s identity card, the tax certificate, two copies of the sales contract with cancellation requests attached, the copy after the seller’s payment slip, the RCA insurance within the validity period, is the moment in which you pay the price of the car.
To register the car you need the following documents:
– envelope folder;
– tax return with which you request to be registered for the payment of car tax;
– original sales contract;
– seller’s tax certificate;
– registration form;
– photocopy of the bulletin;
– photocopy of the car’s identity card;
– photocopy of the sales bulletin.
From here you will obtain the visa on the registration document and the tax non-traceability certificate that the police will need. The next step is to contact the county police to obtain the registration numbers.
Required documents:
– Type requested;
– Vehicle identity card;
– Registration form with revenue agency visa;
– The title deed;
– Certificate of authenticity;
– Periodic technical inspection;
– Mandatory insurance policy;
– Car registration tax;
– Countervalue of the registration certificate;
– Old registration document;
– Plates with serial numbers;
– Owner’s identity card or company registration certificate, as applicable;
